About Fieldkit Print

Fieldkit Print is a production print partner for some of the world’s most demanding brands. The color is right. The deadline holds. From a single sample to a national rollout, you configure, upload, and order online, and we stand behind every piece that leaves our floor.

The facility

Everything we sell is produced at our facility at 320 West Simplot Blvd. in Caldwell, Idaho. Sheet-fed and roll-fed printing, cutting, finishing, and fulfillment under one roof, 30 minutes from downtown Boise and shipping worldwide. One roof matters: it’s why a banner and a business card from the same brand actually match, and why your deadline has one crew on the hook instead of three vendors pointing at each other. Local? The equipment

Production buyers vet vendors by what’s actually on the floor, so here’s ours. Every file that reaches any of it has already passed the Open Prepress standard.

• Xerox Iridesse: digital sheet-fed production press, including specialty and metallic dry inks, for color-critical cards, collateral, and packaging.
• Canon imagePRESS C750: digital color press running alongside the Iridesse for collateral and volume sheet-fed work.
• Roland TrueVIS VG3-640: 64″ wide-format print-and-cut for vinyl graphics, decals, labels, and banners.
• Summa resin printer: resin-ink wide format: durable, instant-dry, low-odor output suited to wall graphics and interior installs.
• Mimaki TS330: dye-sublimation printing for fabric graphics, soft signage, and apparel, paired with a flatbed sublimation press.
• Barudan embroidery: six-head and single-head machines for apparel and soft goods decoration.
• Trotec laser: laser cutting and engraving for precision cut work.
• Summa S2-160, plus Summa and Graphtec roll-to-roll cutters: contour cutting for decals, stickers, and heat-applied graphics.
• Duplo DC-618: slitting, cutting, and creasing for clean-edged cards and collateral.
• The soft-goods floor: industrial sewing machines and heat presses for hemming, finishing, and garment work.

The standard

Our promise is boring consistency: per-substrate ICC profiles, true Pantone spot separations, Delta E 2000 verification against your brand targets, and preflight on every order without exception.
