Frequently asked questions
What are standard poster sizes?
11 x 17, 18 x 24, and 24 x 36 are the common retail and event sizes. Custom sizes are fine — configure the trim you need when you order.
What resolution does poster artwork need?
150 ppi at full size is the working standard for posters viewed at arm's length or further; 300 ppi if people will read fine print up close. Vector elements stay sharp at any size.
Will my poster colors match my screen?
We color-manage every run to the Open Prepress standard, so output matches a properly calibrated screen as closely as the stock allows. If a specific brand color is critical, declare it as a Pantone spot.
Can I get posters for outdoor use?
Paper posters belong indoors. For outdoor signage, look at our vinyl banners or rigid signage — same artwork, weatherproof material.
