File setup
Send a PDF at final trim size with 0.125 in bleed on all sides — one page per printed side. Images at 300 ppi, text converted or embedded. Preflight checks bleed, resolution, fonts, and color before anything runs.
Open Prepress checked
Every file is checked for bleed, color, fonts, and spot colors before it runs, so what you approve is what comes off the press. Learn more about our process.
Frequently asked questions
What are the most common flyer sizes?
8.5 x 11 is the standard full-page flyer; 5.5 x 8.5 (half page) and 4 x 6 are popular for handouts and inserts. If you need a custom trim size, configure it when you order.
Gloss or uncoated paper for flyers?
Gloss coated stock makes photos and saturated color vivid — right for retail and events. Uncoated stock reads more premium and editorial, and you can write on it. If you're unsure, tell us how the flyer will be used and we'll recommend one.
What resolution do flyer images need?
300 ppi at final size is the standard for sheet-fed printing. Our preflight checks every image and flags anything soft before it prints.
Do you print double-sided flyers?
Yes — send a two-page PDF (front, then back) and we handle backup alignment on press.
