The promise

Guaranteed ship dates, explained

Every order gets a date. Here’s exactly how the promise works, including what happens if we miss.

How the date gets kept

1

The date is set when you order

Every order is committed to a ship date in our production system the moment it’s accepted. Not a turnaround range. A date. You’ll see it in your order emails from day one.

2

Preflight protects the date

Your file is checked the moment it lands. Problems surface in minutes, while there’s still time to fix them without moving the date.

3

The floor is scheduled to it

Our production system schedules every press, cutter, and sewing machine backwards from ship dates. A job at risk gets flagged and pulled forward, and a person gets alerted before the date is ever in danger.

4

You can watch it move

You get an email at every milestone: order confirmed, file cleared, in production, shipped with tracking. Reply to any of them and it lands with a person.

If we miss

If your order doesn’t leave our dock by the committed date, shipping is on us: we refund what you paid for shipping. If the miss costs you the use of the order, an event that happened without your prints in the room, we refund the order. The date means something because missing it costs us.

What doesn’t count as a miss: a file problem we flagged that wasn’t fixed in time, a proof that sat waiting for your approval, or a carrier delay after the order left our dock. We surface every one of those early and in writing, so a date never dies quietly.

Frequently asked questions

What makes the ship date "guaranteed"?

If your order doesn’t ship by the committed date, we refund your shipping. If the miss makes the order useless to you, we refund the order. A guarantee only counts if missing it costs the shop, so ours does.

What can delay my ship date?

Only things that happen before production can start: a file problem you haven’t fixed yet, or a proof waiting on your approval. The clock pauses while the ball is in your court, and we tell you the moment it is. Carrier delays after handoff affect delivery, not the ship date.

Is the ship date the same as the delivery date?

No. The ship date is when your order leaves our dock. Delivery adds carrier transit time, which you choose at checkout. Planning for an event? Work backwards from the in-hand date and we’ll help pick the right service.
