Embroidery is the premium tier of apparel decoration: thread physically stitched through the garment, with a texture and permanence no print can fake. It survives industrial laundering, reads as quality from across a room, and is still the default for uniforms, headwear, and corporate apparel for exactly those reasons.
We run Barudan equipment: a six-head machine for production runs and a single head for samples and small batches. The part most people can’t see is where quality is decided: digitizing, the conversion of your artwork into a stitch program. Good digitizing is why small text stays legible and logos sit flat instead of puckering. We treat it as the craft it is.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
Small runs are practical here. The single-head Barudan exists for exactly that. Tell us the pieces and quantity and we’ll quote it; one-off samples before a production run are standard practice.
How does my logo become embroidery?
It gets digitized: converted from artwork into a stitch program that controls every needle movement. Fine gradients and very small text get simplified to read well in thread. We’ll show you a stitched sample before a full run so there are no surprises.
Embroidery or printing: which should I choose?
Embroidery for durability, texture, and perceived quality: uniforms, headwear, outerwear. Printing (like dye sublimation) for photographic detail, gradients, and large coverage areas. Many programs use both; we do both in-house, so the recommendation you get isn’t biased by what we own.
Can you match my exact brand color in thread?
We match to the nearest thread color against your brand target and tell you how close it lands. Thread is a fixed palette, not mixed ink. For most brand marks the match is excellent; when it isn’t, you’ll know before anything stitches.
Can I order embroidery online?
Not yet. Apparel programs have too many variables (garments, sizes, placements) to cart-and-checkout well, so embroidery is quoted. Send us the project and a real person prices it, usually with a stitched sample on the way.
