Fabric printing
Full-color fabric with the graphic dyed into the fiber. Printed, calendered, and sewn in-house.
Our fabric workflow is dye sublimation end to end: printed on the Mimaki TS-330, run through the Differo calender so the ink becomes part of the fiber, then cut and sewn by our own team. The color cannot crack, peel, or wash out, because it is not sitting on the surface.
That same-roof chain of print, calender, cut, and sew is what keeps deadlines honest. A flag, a table throw, and a backdrop go from file to finished, hemmed fabric without ever waiting on a vendor.

Dyed into the fiber
The art is printed to transfer paper, then heat and pressure in the calender turn the ink to gas and set it inside the fiber. Nothing sits on the surface, so nothing cracks, peels, or washes out.

Frequently asked questions
What is dye sublimation, and why use it for fabric?
Sublimation turns ink into gas under heat so it bonds into polyester fiber. The graphic becomes part of the material: vivid, full-color, and wash-fast, with no printed layer to crack or peel.
Can you print on cotton?
Sublimation needs polyester or a poly-coated surface, so cotton is not compatible. For cotton apparel we quote screen printing, heat press, or embroidery instead.
Do you sew the finished pieces in-house?
Yes. Hems, pole pockets, zippers, and finishing are stitched by our own sewing team, so printed fabric leaves here as a finished piece.
