Sheet-fed printing
Premium cards, collateral, and packaging where the color has to be exactly right.
Sheet-fed printing is how we produce the work brands hand to their best customers: business cards, marketing collateral, folders, booklets, and folding-carton packaging on premium paper and board. Every sheet is color managed against your brand targets, so what you approve on screen is what comes off the press.
Because each job runs as a sheet rather than a roll, we can switch stocks, weights, and finishes between runs and hold tight registration for foil, spot varnish, and die-cut work. It is the right process for short to mid-length runs where finish and color accuracy matter more than raw volume.
The color engine
A standard press stops at CMYK. Our sheet-fed line runs six stations: the four process colors, plus specialty dry-ink stations that lay down over and under them. Swapping gold, silver, white, clear, or fluorescent pink into those stations is what stretches the printable gamut far past ordinary process printing.
of the Pantone gamut, hit on press and verified against your brand targets before the run.
Sheet sizes
Sheet-fed means the press takes cut sheets, and the sheet sets the canvas. Finished pieces run from 1.9 × 2 in (the smallest cut our Duplo line can register) up to 12 × 18 in. Business cards gang up, posters run one-up, and everything else lands in between.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between sheet-fed and wide-format printing?
Sheet-fed prints onto cut sheets of paper or board, ideal for cards, collateral, and packaging with premium finishes. Wide-format prints onto rolls of vinyl and large media for banners, signage, and decals.
Can you match a specific Pantone or brand color?
Yes. We declare your named spot colors, map every Pantone, and color manage the run against your brand targets so the result is consistent across reprints.
What is the minimum order?
Sheet-fed is built for short and mid-length runs. Configure your product online for live pricing, or contact sales for larger or custom specs.
